Early Check-In Policy
Early check-in is subject to room availability and hotel discretion. Additional charges may apply depending on the time of arrival and occupancy levels.
Early Check-Out Policy
Requests for early check-out must be communicated to the Front Office. Applicable charges may apply based on the rate plan booked.
Cancellation & Booking Modifications
All reservations at RK Jain Group of Hotels & Resorts are governed by a specific Cancellation Policy associated with the selected rate plan. Failure to check in on the confirmed arrival date may result in a penalty charge as outlined in the applicable policy.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of invalid payment details, suspected fraudulent activity, booking errors, or non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Guests who shorten their stay or check out earlier than scheduled may incur applicable charges as defined by the booked rate plan.
In such cases, RK Jain Group of Hotels & Resorts is under no obligation to guarantee room availability or offer the same rates for future bookings. Any new reservation must be made at the prevailing best available rate.
Guests are required to provide valid proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of booking confirmation, clearly mentioning the reservation reference number. Failure to submit proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in booking cancellation. All banking or transaction-related charges shall be borne by the guest.
